I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Secondary Education from High Point University and a Master of Education in English from Framingham State University. I have 21 years of teaching experience at both private and public schools in England, Virginia, and Massachusetts. After moving to Massachuestts in 2004, I was a member of Framingham High School’s English Department for 12 years and then served as the ELA Department Head at Fuller Middle School during the 2017-18 school year. The following year I served as the Assistant Director of Secondary Education for Framingham Pulic Schools. In August of 2019, I was appointed as the Interim Principal of Fuller Middle School.

 I am a passionate educator and committed team builder; I believe in fostering educational communities where both students and teachers are able to thrive. 

Mr. Fauth comes to Fuller after serving as the Assistant Principal at Grafton Middle School for the past 10 years. Prior to that, he was a teacher at both Fuller Middle and Cameron Middle for 7 years, while also serving in multiple leadership and advisory positions. Mr. Fauth has more than 20 years experience in the public school setting, was an Honor Roll recipient of the LifeChanger of the Year award, and created and runs an educational non-profit called DoKind, Inc.

Mr. Cardarelli has served the Fuller Middle School community for the past 15 years as a math teacher, and for the past 3 years as Fuller’s Math Department Chair.During his years at Fuller Middle School, he has served as a steadfast and talented leader and mentor. Through his work, he has demonstrated his unwavering dedication and passion for the students and community of Fuller Middle School.
